Terms and Conditions
Payments can be made by either PayPal, Debit Card or Credit Card. Full payment must be made before items will be packaged for delivery.
All payments are taken through PayPal, however you can pay by card, even if you do not have a PayPal account.
As stated on the Delivery Information page, Lord Cogingtons will aim to send orders out the next working day.
Please note: this is a small business which is why Lord Cogingtons cannot guarantee same day postage. If for any reason the delivery agreement cannot be met, you will be notified and advised when your order will be sent.
All expected delivery timescales are on the Delivery Information page. However, please bear in mind these may not be adhered to during busy times of the year for Royal Mail and the Courier Service. As this is out of Lord Cogingtons control, we do not accept responsibility for this.
If for any reason you need to return your items, a refund will be issued for the point of sale price. If the return is for un-wanted goods, they must be returned in its original state. All opened items can only be returned if they are faulty and contact has been made with Lord Cogingtons first. All returns must be sent via a fully tracked and signed for delivery service, such as Royal Mail or a Courier. A Courier collection can be arranged, via UK mail. All returns must be made to 163 Nanaimo Way, Kingswinford, DY6 8RA. Once a return has been agreed and the items have been received and inspected, the refund will be issued. All refunds will be processed by the same method of payment, as per your original order. Please note: you have 14 days after the date of purchase to advise of a return. Should the product be faulty after the 14 day period, please refer to the manufactures warranty terms and conditions.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you are within your right to do so, providing it is prior to the items being marked as shipped.
As new products become available, they will be available for pre-order roughly around a week before release.

Once the products are available, they will be shipped on the release date, by your chosen delivery method.
Full payment must be received, before pre-ordered items can be sent.
Lord Cogingtons runs a reward points programme, where with every purchase you will earn points, which can be used to discount future orders.
For every £1 you spend on this site, you will earn 5 points.
For every 100 points you receive, you will be able to reduce your future order totals by £1.
Please note orders must be over £10 in order to use previously gained rewards points.
You will also gain 50 free points for creating an account on this site and a further 50 free points after your first order has been received.
All subscriptions can be built up, by adding the items to your basket, then completing your order.
Once this is done, your subscription will begin and payment will be taken, via paypal, on the same date each month. Following your payment, the items will be sent out, in accordance with the T’s & C’s on the Delivery Information page
Should you wish to amend or cancel your subscription at any stage, please email email@example.com and this can be arranged. There will be no inquisitive or awkward questions as to why you wish to cancel your subscription, just please try to send the email at least 1 week before your next subscription payment is due, to ensure this can be cancelled before the next payment is taken.
Subscriptions have to be running for at least 2 months before they can be cancelled.
Please note, no discount codes will work when setting up a subscription, such as 10% off or free postage etc. If you try to use one of these, an internal error message will be presented, then when you proceed to payment the website will automatically remove these codes
